Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and your content belongs to you. Your agreement explains the site's export, any third-party license limits, and handover terms. We're the caretakers, not the owners.

Send it over for a free review. If it's in suitable shape, it can join a care plan after a technical review. Any cleanup needed first is quoted separately. We'll tell you whether a rebuild is actually necessary.

We monitor availability around the clock, investigate alerts, and use backups to restore service when needed. Monitoring is continuous; staffed support is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central, excluding US holidays. We acknowledge requests within two business days. Plus gets same-day acknowledgment when your request arrives before 3 pm Central, and next business day after that. Acknowledging means a person confirms receipt and the next step, not that the issue is fixed.

Care plans are month-to-month, with cancellation and handover details agreed before service starts. Stay because it's working—not because you're stuck.

No. Every build includes the first month of Essential care. After that, continue on a plan or request a handover package with the site export, documentation, and DNS records. The handover package is a flat $350, quoted before your build begins and waived after 12 months on a paid plan. Help moving to a new host is billed at $95 an hour.

Updates to existing text, photos, hours, and announcements. Standard includes up to 60 minutes each month. Plus includes up to 2 hours a month in total for changes and minor additions. Unused time doesn't roll over. Work beyond your plan's included time is $95 an hour in 15-minute steps, with your approval first. Custom integrations, redesigns, and larger additions are quoted separately.

Sites run on infrastructure we manage directly, hosted in Azure and Oracle. For AI assistants, we use Azure OpenAI. Microsoft's published terms state that prompts and responses are not available to OpenAI and are not used to train foundation models without your permission or instruction. This does not mean all processing or retention is disabled. Before launch, we explain collection, retention, usage, and available controls.
